NAM has constructed and developed more than $200 million in commercial real estate projects including rehabilitation of buildings conducted under the federal code for historic properties. Our goal is to find exceptional properties whose original use has expired and transform them into models of productivity, efficiency, and sophistication. This includes former manufacturing facilities, hospitals, and 19th century mills.
