Northeast Asset Management, LLC is a real estate development and investment group with expertise in financial modeling, investor recruitment, large project planning, regulatory compliance, construction supervision, and property asset management. NAM grew out of a merger of Dirigo Capital Advisors and Mattson Development.

NAM has constructed and developed more than $200 million in commercial properties, reflecting the implementation of a disciplined and well-defined growth strategy. We find exceptional properties whose original use has expired and transform them into models of productivity, efficiency, and sophistication.
